Ymea is a brand specialized for menopausal problems. You take 2 capsules per day. For the effects against menopause, it prevents me from hot flashes, which was one of my most annoying menopausal side effects. For the silhouette effect, don't lie to yourself that it won't make you lose weight like dieting or nutritional monitoring. This has more of a diuretic effect thanks to green tea. Silhouette control, of course, you have to do a package with a diet and move, there are no miracles!! I recommend it especially for the effects of menopause. For the silhouette effect this is only a plus.
