Foundation... no, Concealer... yes

This Foundation gives me mixed feelings. As a Foundation, I personally think it's too fat. It covers nicely but quickly loosens from the skin and lies on top of it. I use it now mainly as a Concealer and apply it with a Foundation brush. Right on the skin really doesn't go because then it's too thick. Well powder and put and then that's top.

I should have looked for others with this one too, not really suitable for combination skin either 🙈

Revolution Fast Base Stick I'm actually not sure about this product, how much I really like it but I do use it every time I do makeup and I'll try to explain how and what. I love Revolution makeup, I have a lot of it. All of their products are Cruelty free, quite affordable and they have a lot of vegan products. This is a vegan product. I've been using concealer for a long time, very lightly scattering this around the places I want to have it and I leave many spots on my face without it. For myself I don't like a full face with foundation and/or concealer, I love it if you can see some unevenness/spots/pigment spots as that keeps my look as natural as possible. I couldn't really find a color of different brands and products that I found to fit with my skin for a long time, I knew from this product that they had quite a few different colours and undertones so I came to this product. I think they have done their best for different skin tones and undertones to make something, but very extensive the shade range of this product is not and I shops unfortunately there was a disappointing selection of actually just white skin tone (while you're online on their site, and other webshops can shop the entire range). I was particularly good to see that they had a little more different undertones rather than just pink/red/warm undertones. I had bought two at the same time by an action, the F6 “For light/medium skin tones with yellow undertone” was the one that looks best on my skin. I don't use my concealers that I used before, that was a very mixed and crafting every time. I'm not 100% satisfied with this stick; for example, I like it cakey, it's not really opaque because I can't completely get rid of my red spots I want to cover and it's not very easy to build up (but that doesn't matter for my look and use). What I like about the stick is that it merges nicely with my skin tone, nice to use with my skincare products, it stays in place generally well, it is not irritating or polluting to my skin and thus strikes some of my demands. So I'm currently using this stick, and I take it some cakey effect for granted until I can try Fenty products (Fenty is the goal, always). So I can't recommend this product, but I think it's a good product now because it finally merges with my skin tone, is affordable vegan and cruelty free and works well in itself. X Vonne
