This shampoo does not give you instant soft, smooth locks after rinsing (so be sure to use it in combination with the conditioner and a mask once a week), BUT it does its job! I had quite a bit of damage to my hair after a mistake at the hairdresser and with a little patience (and less washing) the condition of my hair has definitely improved. I'm a fan and this shampoo stays in my shower.

I always use the Redken shampoo in between for my platinum blonde hair. It nourishes the hair extremely and repairs damaged hair. After use, you don't even need conditioner because the hair becomes silky soft.
