So I was lucky enough to work with Gold Collagen, they sent me 4 weeks worth of their pure plus supplement. It’s peach in flavour, once tasting you soon realise it has a strong flavour and it’s a little bitter, so if you don’t like peach then this may not be for you. On my first glance I thought there packaging with bright and effective as it explained all the benefits you will get from taking this product, which includes. •promotes younger skin •helps support healthy looking hair and nails •supports skin hydration & elasticity •reduces the appearance of wrinkles •supports hair growth •helps maintain hormonal balance & menstrual cycle •supports skin radiance •supports positive moods, emotional balance and relaxation They recommend that you take this product for 9 weeks to benefit from the full effects.

I’ve never tried a liquid form of collagen before and have to say the taste wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. It’s not a challenge to take. It hasn’t improved or had any health benefits as yet. But I’m going to keep taking and will update after maybe 6 months.

Id wanted to try this for a long time as I'd seen great reviews, having tried this for a month id say this isn't long enough to see the real effects. I had noticed a few, slight differences but nothing enough to justify paying for the monthly cost of this item. I found the taste very medicinal which I also wasn't expecting as I'd seen reviews saying the taste wasnt too bad. Overall, if I saw this on offer, I'd probably consider stocking up a few months worth to try again.
