Let's start with the fact that this product really does what it's supposed to do. This is a spray that you spray between your legs so that it does not chafe. You spray it on, let it dry and you can hit the road in a nice dress without discomfort. I'm not a fan of pants so this product is actually a good approach. However, I notice that you have to spray more often and the spray runs out quickly. It is also a bit on the expensive side. I do have a cheaper other option that works a little better for me and will work a little longer.

The stuff works enormously against abrasive legs/arms. Especially with warm weather and dresses on, I suffer from scouring legs. It works very well but the spray bottle goes up very quickly. That is a disadvantage. You pay a lot in proportion to how often you can use it.

Spring and summer comes faster than expected, so here's my golden tip for anyone who suffers from sanding areas between the thighs. That Smoovall skin contact spray is really my hero every warmer days. I always suffered from sanding spots when I put on skirts or dresses. Or sometimes when I drove 8 horses every day. That spray leaves a super soft layer and I think helps for 2-4 hours anyway. Depending on how much you sweat. At least I don't have any more trouble right now.
