light side dry

I also have the rock 'n kolh eye pencil and Pillowtalk lip liner that I am very happy with, which made me very disappointing. I was hoping to make a nice light shimmer in the corners of my eyes with the light side, but the light side is very dry and more glitter than a shine. It doesn't really smear and wants to sit in the corners of my eye like dry placards. Unfortunately for this money, it's not worth me and I don't think I'll really use it either.
