Nice thick hand cream, especially in winter a bliss but I also used it: I have itchy subcutaneous vesicles on my palms & Hooglede just that it can indicate eczema. I already have psoriasis so I started to smear immediately. The itch is already less. I sometimes dare to smear it on thick psoriasis spots, then does just as much for me as a decent body cream. In case of calluses, it is also nice to smear on feet and go to sleep with socks. Just try.. what a difference!

Because of my training, I use a lot of hand alcohol, which makes my hands dry out quickly. That's why I had a lot of dehydration for long periods of time that there were cracks on my hand.
