You won't believe it but this is the first ever cleansing balm I've ever tried.. And it turned me into a cleansing balm fan! I use this cleansing balm at night. This products just melts away my make up als it's an amazing first cleanse. It doesn't sting my eyes and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised. This product has a nice citrus mandarin smell that's not overpowering and doesn't linger. The packaging of this product is also super convenient since it has a lid that clicks open and closed!

I found the balm was easy to scoop the right amount for application with the convenient spatula included to avoid any waste of the product and the texture reminded me of Coconut oil,solid on appearance but very lightweight and easy to cut through like spreading butter effortlessly.On first application to my face the balm felt like a light silky oil and i massaged it into my skin with barely any effort at all easily spreading and covering my whole face area in no time at all and the gorgeous citrus/lavender aroma of the balm really calmed my mood and awakened my senses and reminded me of products used at the spa such as essential oils and other luxurious products. After applying and massaging into my skin and leaving for a minute or two I splashed my face with tepid water massaging into skin once again, the cleanser instantly turned from a oil texture to milky fluid , I continued to massage and rinsing off with water till the cleanser was fully removed.My skin looked healthy and hydrated after use and felt really soft & smooth leaving no stubborn makeup traces behind and giving me a deep clean feel.
