Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - 150 ml

This is a wonderful toner, it has no scent and is a completely watery toner. There is no fragrance and it soaks into the skin effortlessly. I got an instant glow boost! This version of the toner is free of alcohol and fragrance and has 2000ppm of the star ingredient Korean Black Rice Extract. It also includes Hyaluronic acid for intense hydration plus beta-glucan to promote skin cell regeneration. It is perfect for layering up to 7 times to achieve glass skin. I truly love and enjoy this toner because it keeps my skin bright and hydrated.

This is a non fragrance version of the popular black rice toner that was launched beforehand. The packaging is simple and made of plastic that is easy to recycle. Its texture has a quite thick viscosity yet absorbs really quickly and nicely into the skin. It contains black rice extract that provides a rich antioxidant to the skin, bamboo extract, hyaluronic acid helps with soothing and hydrating, and a fermented ingredient called aspergillus which helps brighten the skin. I can see a clear result of having a more hydrating, plumping and fresh skin that is prepared to boost the effect of upcoming serum in the routine. For some days which I do not feel like doing skincare, a couple layers of this toner following by a gel moisturiser would be enough for my skin to glow.

ℂ𝕝𝕒𝕚𝕞𝕤 Provides a boost of antioxidant nourishment, deep hydration and skin brightening whilst healing and rejuvenating the skin which helps with anti-aging.  It also protects the skin from pollution and UV radiation. 𝕄𝕪 𝕆𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕚𝕠𝕟 The toner is a little thicker than most and feels slightly sticky to touch but dries nicely on the skin with no stickiness.  It has a herbal, gingery sort of fragrance with a hint of lavender which I liked and found comforting.  It hydrates my skin well and leaves it feeling plumped and nourished ready for the next step of my skincare routine. I would rate this 5/5 and have already repurchased it. This toner is suitable for dry, combination, normal and oily skin types.  Contains a small amount of alcohol and Lavender Oil. It is made from 95% naturally derived ingredients and uses locally grown rice. Available in a 150ml hard plastic bottle but I belive you can also get it in a 300ml bottle. The toner is vegan friendly and cruelty free.
