Great Lash Blackest Black Eyelash Mascara

Although I experiment with other brands occasionally, when push comes to shove I always go back to my trusty Maybelline mascara. With its distinctive packaging and bargain price it goes on easily and has excellent staying power. It has a good depth of colour and is just as good as other, far more expensive brands.

I don't understand the hype about Great Lash. The wand is too small, and the formula itself is quite thin. It doesn't elongate lashes at all or improve the volume. Needed to use about four coats of this before my lashes looked acceptable! Even if you're on a budget, there are better, cheap mascaras out there.

I literally cannot use this without covering my eyelid in mascara!! I don’t have this problem with any other brands which means it must be the wand. The wand is very small so maybe that’s why. When I do manage to get it on my lashes, it doesn’t seem to elongate them much so definitely won’t purchase again.
