Can draw good lines with it, but the eyeliner does not stay in place. A swipe past your eye and it's gone.

Unfortunately, no keeper for me. The application was fine, I find it dry quite quickly, but soon stains on the eyelid and missing pieces at the end of the evening only see some spots.. it is not waterproof at all. And even without wetting it, it's off quickly.. downer
