Garnier Ambre Solaire Anti-Age Super UV Zonnebrand - SPF50

Light weight sunscreen, great for carrying around and reapplying throughout the day. It doesn’t peel and doesn’t have a white case so I don’t need to worry about the amount I use. Fragrance free formula is a plus for me. It does octocrylene which is a bummer for me personally.

I bought this to try as a cheaper alternative to my usual SPF for face, based on the online recommendations. I love that it’s factor 50; the sunscreen itself is pretty thick but absorbs well, I didn’t find any white cast residue after applying. The only issue is that it pills like crazy! No matter what I’ve done or how I’ve tried to apply it, it ‘sits’ on the face and starts to pill/peel off my face within the first hour. I haven’t even worn any makeup over it and I wouldn’t want to because it would be a disaster. This sunscreen especially for your face spreads well, absorbs quickly and leaves no white haze.What I like is that this cream does not give you a shiny head, but is beautifully matted.Your skin also feels wonderfully soft and moisturized.While swimming at 30+ degrees, this sunscreen with a factor of 50 never lets me down and my face is after regular lubricate, not burned, but I still get a nice tan. The smell is neutral.Really recommended if you get burned very quickly and/or have sensitive skin. #MerodaSpring
