This mattifying powder melts well on my face in general. I apply it to areas where I tend to sweat more (T-zones) and under the eyes at the level of dark circles once the concealer is put on. The only complaint is that in terms of dark circles, this powder creates additional fine lines for me, which I don't like at all.

This is a must-have for when you're on a budget but still want to look good! I've been using it myself for years. My makeup always stays in place. And it also stays in place for a long time. Just make sure that the makeup is well blended. But that makes sense to me haha!
