Skinceuticals Double Defence review: Impurities after two weeks of use Two weeks ago, I received the Skinceuticals Double Defence: Impurities products for testing. I was immediately excited to see how these products would affect my skin, as I had been struggling with impurities and uneven skin texture for some time. My experience with this product is quite unique. In the first few days of use, I noticed that my skin reacted with a breakout, which, frankly, was quite discouraging. I had hoped for an immediate improvement, but it looked like the products had just the opposite effect. However, I decided to stay patient and persevere because I had heard that some products require an adjustment period before they deliver their promised results. I followed the recommended routine and applied the serum in the evening and the cream during the day. After about a week, I started to notice a change. My skin felt hydrated and smoother, despite the initial turmoil. After two weeks of use, I can now say with confidence that this product has significantly improved my skin. My skin is now brighter and brighter than before. The impurities and pimples that appeared in the first days have disappeared or significantly reduced. What I appreciate most is that my skin texture has become significantly smoother. It looks like I'm getting new skin, and this makes me feel much more confident. The serum and cream have a pleasant texture and are easily absorbed without leaving a greasy feeling. They are also suitable for daily use and work well under makeup. I'm glad I was patient and continued with the Skinceuticals Double Defence: Impurities products, despite the initial breakout. My skin ultimately benefited considerably. It's important to remember that skincare is not a panacea and that adjustment periods can vary from person to person. I'm glad I persevered, because now I'm on my way to healthier, brighter skin. Overall, I recommend the Skinceuticals Double Defence: Impurities to people looking for an effective approach to impurities and skin texture problems. It noticeably improved my skin in just two weeks, and I'm excited to see how it continues to evolve with long-term use.

Vitamin C versus various skin problems
Lovely product duo - a sunscreen and serum by SkinCeuticals. Use both in the morning after washing your face. It promises to protect your skin from the sun and improve it by preventing skin problems. For example, it's about preventing impurities, improving skin texture and fading pigment spots, fine lines and large pores. At first, I was afraid that this would not work, because 90% of the existing skincare products give me impurities. Luckily not with this duo, a wonder! Both products have a luxurious simple packaging. A squeeze tube for the sunscreen and a pipette bottle for the serum. Convenient to use, because you can dose the drops well. As stated in the instructions, I needed a few more drops of the serum. About 6 instead of 4-5 drops. The sunscreen has a typical sunscreen smell, not very special. The serum has a distinct scent. How musty and strong, it reminds me of a cough medicine smell. The scents disappear as soon as you apply it to the skin. The textures are not greasy, despite the fact that the sunscreen is spf 50. The serum is very cooling, even though it hasn't been in the fridge. This gives an uplifting feeling. The first week I used the products, my skin started tingling and slightly itchy just after use. Fortunately, that went away as soon as it was withdrawn after a few minutes. I was not surprised, because the description on the back of the box indicates that the serum can have this effect on the skin. In the weeks that followed, the tingling sensation did not occur. The products both absorb quickly, don't give a greasy layer and when I put my makeup on top, it doesn't slip. As the sunscreen indicates, it does indeed have a dry touch. However, the sunscreen does leave a slight white haze on my tinted skin if I don't apply it extra well. Both products give my skin a glow, like I'm glowing! The fact that the sunscreen has a matte finish is therefore not entirely true. Despite the fact that it is autumn and rains a lot, there was also sunshine sometimes. I get birthmarks quickly, which did not happen with this sunscreen. Also, my skin isn't red after sunbathing. Most of the time, my sensitive acne-prone skin can't stand products containing vitamin C, but the sylamarin and ferulic acid (found in the serum) has probably suppressed the pimples. The impurities I had didn't go away immediately, but they disappeared faster than usual. Pigment spots seemed to fade but haven't gone away. Just like the fine lines I already have. My pores have certainly become visibly reduced. However, my skin feels soft. I'm going to use the product duo more often, especially the serum. Since I suffer from texture problems, I hope that the serum will improve those areas. For now, I've been using the product duo for too short. I'm thrilled to be able to test this SkinCeuticals product duo, thanks @ [~weareeves] and @ [~skinceuticals]!

Luxury with vitamin C in the morning
The phloretin makes me especially happy. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and I use the drops on my skin in the morning. It smells very luxurious, a bit like honey and orange for me, and it also feels good. I myself am a little less satisfied with the sunscreen, mainly because I don't like the smell. It has a chemical smell and it turns white. I haven't really seen the sun with it either since it's autumn. I've been using the products for three weeks now so I haven't had any real results yet, but I'll definitely keep using the phloretin drops.
