My review about the PreCleanse van Dermalogica. A legitimate bestseller on site! The PreCleanse says it all: a cleanser for the real “cleansing”. So not to be used for 1x cleaning, it really doesn't do much for that. And like all the products on the site: a great ingredient list. But where does it come from? Double cleansing? In Korea, they invented 2x cleaning, and that method went to the rest of the world as a hype in 2020/2021. Often the first oil based cleanser and then the one to remove excess oil. And this trick works really well! (Many example videos of an orange on the internet). It just takes away that extra dirt. ▪ The Substance The substance is (so) oil-based. And what a fine substance! A fully pressed pump is just enough via the pump! However, it is incredibly liquid. Walked through my fingers hahah. After that, apply it quickly to your face and could massage for hours, as this PreCleanse is DELICIOUS for that. ▪ The fragrance The scent is a bit like citrus. It reminds me a lot of smells at a cosmetologist. Very fresh. The smell is not penetrating. ▪ Promise》Does it do what it promises? The PreCleanse promise is to remove makeup and SPF. All harmful substances, so hoppa melt away. I feel that “melting” better with a balm. The PreCleanse is a real oil. This makes me rubbing quite hard to get my mascara off at times. ▪ Operation WOW! I hadn't cleaned twice before, but I've been persuaded. I notice cleaner skin. And then deliciously all sorts of serums over it, and my skin can recover. ▪ Packaging The packaging I received is a full size (uh wow service!). I honestly expected a tester, so I was pleasantly surprised. But can it be true that the PreCleanse wasn't full? It was ample, not of that. But still, for other people who want to buy the product for 49 euros... The pack contains a large pump which works super. Hygienic too.
