Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant

Wow! What a product! I used to use my mums of this when I was a teenager with awful acne. I used a lot of dermalogica products for this as they were the only ones that seemed to work. However the microfoliant I’ve used into adulthood and it’s such a treat for my skin. It isn’t too harsh but makes my skin feel soft and smooth and glow. 

I’ve never used a powder based exfoliant before, but was amazed by this product, it’s so gentle on the skin, due to the Colloidal Oats and Allantoin, but deeply cleanses and exfoliates the skin with the Salicylic Acid, Papain and Rice Enzymes, brightens skin with Phytic Acid from Rice, White Tea and Licorice (Liquorice). You only need a small amount of powder to combine with a few drops of water, rub together adding extra water drops if needed to get a lovely creamy foam to cover your face and neck. Definitely felt squeaky clean after using, so gentle yet effective

I use this product in conjunction with the cleansing gel and do a ‘power cleanse’ by mixing both together with a bit of water until it lathers up into a foam. This makes it quicker to wash your face in the mornings. It really exfoliates your skin but without being harsh and can be used every day. It leaves your skin feeling fresh and smooth and brightens the complexion. A must have in your skincare routine.
