Definition Waterproof Eyeliner

Very nice eyeliner. It has a brush and because the eyeliner is waterproof, it stays in place very well. With this eyeliner, you can actually go swimming. Attention! This eyeliner really stays in place day and night due to wind and weather! Super easy to remove with makeup remover, but stays stuck when it rains, when you sweat, swim, etc. Really top notch!
