I love colored eyeliners and I once ended up with the Glisten brand. Their water activated liners are beautiful but have one drawback. They run out of water. That doesn't go hand in hand with Dutch weather and tear eyes. But now they have spectra paint. This is really great stuff. You can use it thick as an eyeliner, but it also blends very well, so the options are endless. It also works great as a base for glitter pigments because it stays slightly sticky before it dries. It stays in place very well and can therefore withstand water. The spectra paint is not available in as many colors as the other liners, but I deliberately took the CMY bundle because you can mix almost anything with these colors plus white and black. The only downside is that yellow covers less well than the other colors. But I don't like yellow so just use it as a mixed color and don't mind it. So, as someone who usually likes to paint, I can go all out. The packaging is also just that of regular paint, so I really like it.
