Cuckoo No, this cream is a restorative cream, it helps your skin to regenerate properly and avoid certain impurities. It also helps to slightly remove scars If you want something to replace your foundation I recommend applying a BB cream to your natural skin tone I hope my comment has helped you 😌

How do you experience this cream for dry skin with barley grains?

I wouldn't use this cream for that. Exfoliate thoroughly with a BHA product containing salicylic acid and use a good daily moisturizing day cream with SPF. Barley kernels are dead skin cells and you need to get rid of them.
