these brewer's yeast pills are really great in my opinion! I saw quite a bit of results after 2 days. because I have (not really much) yeast pimples on my forehead and these pills really help the best against this. you have to take 9 of these pills a day which you can spread calmly throughout the day. you already smell them quite violently when you open the jar and you can taste it right away, but if you wash them away with water, there is no problem at all. I really think this is a great product (which I often say) but for tablets, these certainly help. also the price ratio is really great they are only €2.50, - for 470 pills. of course you have to take 9 but you will see results very soon. I have to mention it. it may be that not everyone will see results. or that one only sees a difference in the hair, or only with the impurities that decrease. I will certainly give you an update on what it looks like after 4 weeks. update: after a while I do see results, I took them 9 tablets every day divided over morning, afternoon, evening and quickly saw improvement in addition to the other things I use for my face, this also helps a lot. After taking them I drink extra water so that it has a faster effect because you know what they say “a few cups of water every day and you'll see results soon.” and they're right. I'm honestly very happy with how my face looks now and so much fresher right away.

These pills tried at the beautician's recommendation. They taste very dirty. But good when they work everything for beautiful skin. But unfortunately to have swallowed a whole jar, I didn't notice any difference. Never for me this again.
