When I first got this eyeliner I was very excited because I heard such good reviews and that it was smudge proof and waterproof when I first tried the liner it was very watery and very quickly started to dry up when I was using it I found it tugged even when I first started using the eyeliner I was only able to use this eyeliner for a week before there was no product left I was very upset because it was expensive and that it’s been difficult finding a good eyeliner from cyo semi permanent liner
