Does exactly nothing

According to the packaging, this should represent a highlighter. It's not clear to me exactly where the highlight part is, but I really see no effect at all. In addition, it does not work in combination with my foundation, it becomes a grainy structure. Maybe a match in combination with another foundation, but not a great product for me.
