Kevin Murphy - BEDROOM.HAIR

Testing @kevin.murphy bedroom.hair. Don't be such a fan of hair spray myself because my scalp is going to irritate quickly and unfortunately that was the case now. Nevertheless, I like this product to smell better and finer than other hairspray.

My hair is thin and limp. Sometimes I use mousse or texture spray. But most spray quickly gets my hair greasy. At the Bedroon Hair Texturizing Spray of #KevinMurphy luckily not. It's a fine spray with a nice scent. It gives my hair volume and a nice “coupe de havoc” aka bedroom look. I was free to test this spray, but I don't know if I would buy it myself. What's really good is that it's paraben-free and the packaging is made from 100% recycled material. All in all, good product, 7/10 points!

I didn't really know how to review this product because: it looks like a hair spray but isn't it? The spray did not appear to be a hair spray, but it does give strength and ensures that a styled coupe stays in place. So is it a hair spray? The first thing I noticed about this spray was the smell that really flies in front of you. I can describe it as a unisex perfume but stronger. A bit of a Coolwater or Air (Sailor) perfume fragrance. For me, as a perfume lover, this was certainly a setback. Not because the spray smelled so dirty, but because it's so predominant that I can't wear perfume anymore. I felt a bit of a walking Douglas 😅 For braiding my hair, this spray was perfect because it does not stick, does not get hard, but kept all my hair in place. For loose hair, I used the spray on the bottom of my hair for a bit more texture and at the top for more volume. When you lift your hair in parts and apply a little spray, you can cut it nicely for a voluminous look. For now, I only use the spray when I want to style a high, sloppy ponytail. Because what is this wonderful after using the spray! Lots of volume and tail sincerely stays in place all day long. Yet the strong smell remains a real disadvantage for me!
