Last month I was able to test this product as a beauty editor. Here is my honest review about this product. First of all, I hadn't Kevin Murphy used products before, but I had seen the brand pass before and became curious about it. I would describe my own hair as long (far over the shoulders), fine, extreme style, middle blonde and lots of but thin/fine hair, but it's always hard to get volume in it. Especially because it concerns extreme style and fine hair. What stands out is that the product does not stick and smells very fine! I used it a number of times including: 1x on clean, just washed hair, 1x in between washes and 1x after curling my hair nicely and already turned on volume at the hair roots using dry shampoo and for all 3 tests the experience was different. My experience is that the product doesn't add much to me just washed clean and fine hair because it has no volume or model, probably because my hair as said is very style and fine. Between washes through and on prepped hair (volume hair roots turned on and with curls) I found it a pleasant surprise! It gives a fresh and well-groomed feeling between the wash turns and with curls it gave that little bit of extra hold and shine. The best thing about the product is that it doesn't stick and that despite its texture and hold, you can still get your fingers through the hair. It looks subtle and natural. Based on that, I would definitely recommend the product, but people with fine, long and style hair need a little more to get the most out of it. I don't use hair spray or anything else so often. But who knows it could make my hair a little less jumpy if I just wear it loose. Unfortunately, the latter is not entirely true. But if you side it out, your hair won't stay fat under it. So it definitely has before and after parts for now isn't my favorite.
