Balm Dotcom - Berry

Initially, this was fantastic and left my lips looking and feeling soft. However, the more I used it , the more I had to use it, after a few hours it left my lips dryer than before. I wouldn’t recommend just because there are a lot more options out there that don’t have a drying effect.

Inspired by Milk Bar's (in NYC) famous Birthday Cake. With a subtle glitter, very beautiful! You can also use it as a highlighter for a 'dewy' effect.
