This product is great. This supplement is good for your hair, skin and nails. I don't notice much difference for my skin, but I notice a lot of difference for my hair and nails. My nails have become much stronger so they don't just break down. I've never had nails such strong before. In addition, it also helps against hair loss. My hair is thin and can sometimes fall out. Something I really want to avoid. This supplement makes my hair much stronger so it breaks down much less quickly. When I go through my hair with my hands, I certainly notice a difference. My hair feels stronger and healthier. I've used the product for three weeks now. It doesn't do anything for my skin but I bought the product for my hair and I notice a lot of difference in that. I am therefore very happy with this product!

Used for several weeks and notice little difference. I swallow them every day but yesterday I just had so much hair loss that I almost wanted to cry. The scent that comes from the tabs isn't good either 🤢🤢 Not recommended from me.
