Apply to clean, moisterized skin and then apply your makup or wear alone. I wear it alone and I love how it makes my skin look. It looks like I'm wearing light makeup. I have oily skin and this makes my skin completely shine free. It can also be used during the day for a quick fix over makeup on visible pores or shiny areas (one application lasts me all day!).
