like the sticky/tackier feeling it leaves on the skin but I do because it seems just like honey! Super moisturizing and leaves my skin feeling smooth like glass. Love the gold flecks in it too.

A very nice budget primer from NYC. The spatula ensures that it does not become messy and that you can apply it well to the skin. Has a subtle but nice scent. Leaves a sticky layer, but not in an annoying way. As a result, the makeup adheres well and stays in place for a long time with a dewey finish.
