Cooling Water

I bought it new york on a trip there which is why I think I like it, it reminds me of a good time but otherwise, even in summer, it doesnt do much. It smells good and is slightly cooling. However, other than clogging pores and making my skin oily, it does nothing. 

I use it in the morning but I don't really feel like it does a lot. It is a nice feeling and I think massaging does more than the product itself. The packaging is handy and I really like the texture of the product!

It has a cooling effect, but that's all it does. Not worth the price unfortunately :(
