Anti Ageing Night Repair Cream

As a fan of Japanese skincare I was really excited to be testing the No 1 brand, Hada Labo. The anti ageing night repair is what they class as a ‘Red Line’ product. These products are enriched in rejuvenating retinol and collagen especially for mature skin over 40 and are completely interchangeable with their other products. It contains a patented blend of 4 types of Hyaluronic Acid with different molecular weights allowing the smaller ones to go deeper into the skin whilst the larger ones lock all the extra moisture in. Add to this collagen and you have the base for a great anti ageing skin product which should, over time, help to rehydrate the skin and improve its elasticity. The cream is not as rich or thick as I expected but is beautiful and fragrance free. Hada Labo call it an Emulgel which is a formula that allows deeper penetration of the ingredients into the skin. It is patted in gently and really sinks in beautifully leaving no trace. Skin feels amazingly soft really quickly. I usually struggle with night creams as they are generally too heavy but this has been amazing. It is perfect for my often sensitive skin. I have nothing but positive thoughts about it.

I am a big hater of greasy night creams because they feel thick on my face and my hair sticks to it. I’ve also been looking for anti-ageing night creams that DON’T contain retinol because it’s harsh on the skin and don’t want to be using it at 20. The cream contains collagen, peptides, and hyaluronic acid, and no retinol (I researched each ingredient to make sure)! This night cream is insane - so smooth and SILKY, and I wake up in the morning with baby soft skin! It’s light, it’s creamy, and quite refreshing actually. I am in LOVE with this product, it covers everything I wanted out of it! Unfortunately it seems I can’t find it online unless it’s from resellers, so I hope they haven’t discontinued it…what do I do when it runs out! Overall loooove this product
