Frankincense

The must of the must... but unfortunately a bit expensive

To conclude for tonight, my go to essential oil that I really use for EVERYTHING. I have almost all the oil of doTERRA and I can always come back to this one, frankincense is the king and goddess of the oil. It's multi purpose and if I wanted to describe all the ways and features this post wouldn't end, I'll just tell you what I use it most for (if I don't forget anything). I use these for my skin, against blemishes, wrinkles blemishes. I use it for my hair and scalp. I use it to strengthen my nails. I use it if I have a sensitive tooth or a crazy spot on my tongue. I use it on blisters and wounds. I use it through a defuser against stress, anxiety & panic attacks and so much more. I use a drop under my feet before bedtime, for so many reasons as well.
