Indeed Whoa Glow

I get a lot of compliments when I use this whoa glow from E.L.F. Cosmetics. It really gives a shiny result. I don't need to use a high lighter afterwards. You really don't have to apply much either, because then it might be too much. And with SPF, it's so handy.
