lately, I had a lot of (hormonal) acne again. the doctor prescribed zinc pills for me, and these seemed to help a bit, but I wasn't completely satisfied. a little later I started using zwitsal's zinc ointment. in the evening, before I go to sleep, I apply a little bit to pimples. the next day, they did not disappear completely, but they were much smaller, less red and less sensitive and become painful and also less visible. So a tip to make hormonal acne less painful and visible!
