Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover

I use this eleven makeup remover to remove my eye and eyebrow makeup. It works well and doesn't sting the eyes. As you can see on the picture, it has a layer of oil so you have to shake well to mix all the ingredients. He removes mascara, even persistent mascara, from the lashes very easily. However, because of the oil, it is greasy, so you should definitely apply a little bit of water or another cleanser, which is also why I did not use it to remove the rest of my makeup. Otherwise, the oil layer stays very noticeable on the skin, which was very uncomfortable for me and my oily skin.

Normally, I am really satisfied with E.L.F. products, but now they are missing the mark. It says that this remover is also good for waterproof makeup. But unfortunately, you really have to scrub before you remove your mascara. I also always have or a little bit of leftover makeup on my face the next day. I don't have this with other removers. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan. One more star, though, because it works great on non-waterproof makeup.
