Before using the product, I wash and dry my face. Then I apply a normal coat with a body shop brush to apply masks. I wash it off after 10min with lukewarm water. The product has a cooling effect and has a pleasant floral scent. It is also 100% vegan and is the body shop against animal testing. I definitely recommend this product.
