I use it once a week, apply it leave for 10-15 minutes and I o my normal hair routine. I do recommend it as it does show results, not necessarily from the first use but it does wander in the long run.

I do have the idea that my hair has become stronger after I started using this product in combination with no. 3, no. 4 (shampoo) and no.5 (conditioner). However, I wasn't too excited about this no. 0, because it's mega awkward to apply to your hair. Because of that applicator, it is very difficult to distribute the product evenly over your hair and I also found it difficult to assess whether I had applied enough to my hair. I would only buy this no. 0 again in the form of an atomizer.
