e.l.f. Cosmetics Matte Putty

This product has been a game changer to my makeup routine! I have eczema prone skin and have breakouts of it often, but when I apply this primer before my makeup it makes my dryness less visible when paired with a hydrating foundation. The product cost me around £7 from boots which is a really good deal for the about of product you get and for the way it works on the skin. I highly recommend this primer to anyone that suffers with dry skin!

Amazing product , use every single day without a doubt , makes my foundation sit so smooth on my face, with me having oily skin it really forms a barrier around my face to stop anything getting into my skin I don’t like how the packaging of this is , it’s almost like a Vaseline tub and you scoop it out , I wish it was in a different format

The e.l.f. Putty Primer has received mixed reviews, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't very positive. While the texture is smooth but it doesnt spread or blend in easily, I found that it didn’t provide the long-lasting hold I was hoping for. After a few hours, my makeup started to fade and didn’t look as fresh as it did initially. Additionally, I noticed that it can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the skin, which isn't ideal for those with oily or combination skin types. The packaging is also a bit inconvenient, as the pot can be tricky to open and close without making a mess. Overall, while it may work for some, I didn't find it to be the game-changer I expected.
