Biotin is what feeds hair, keeping it strong and long. These capsules where a good size but I didn’t really notice any difference after taking. I did read it can take 6 months for a noticeable difference. So I switched to a multi-vitamin with biotin in.

They dissolve a little bit in your mouth, making it easy to swallow them away.
