Been gate keeping this brand APOLOGIES
Stumbled across Karla’s brand on Instagram about 3 years ago now as they just launched their shadow potion range of duochrome paints and I bought a few pigments to use in beauty and OMG they are the most finely milled yet beautifully iridescent and sparkly pigments out there I think I now have nearly her full range of loose pigments and there just the best some are more like toppers others like this are beautiful on their own as shown I the after pic I quickly threw on how word of warning the multi tones work best on camera with different levels of lighting from several points so these are best viewed IRL Seeing is believing people! I applied a small amount tapped on with my ring finger lightly over the fixing base that I had allowed to go tacky, a brush can be used but I have found the finger is best my only con is the price is a bit steep for a small amount however their handmade In the uk in small batches it’s cruelty free and vegan too I think? And the brand is now approved by Nikki tutorials and BEYONCÉ!! So understandable really they now sell out so fast

Fun multipurpose must have
After seeing this product go viral on tiktok I knew I needed to add it to my multichrome collection. I purchased it to wear for my birthday drinks and received compliments all night. I patted a light layer of Karlas fixing agent with my fingers then waited 30/40 seconds to make it tacky I then, with a short flat brush, swept the loose pigment over my lids. I decided to keep it light as the rest of my makeup was quite subtle. I was Instantly mesmerised. I decided to use some without any fixing agent on my cheeks for a highlight as I wanted to know how well it would take and though not as impactful as when I used the primer it still looked phenomenal. I would describe the chrome as extremely fine and silky smooth. The attached video is my makeup after 8 hours of drinking, dancing, and singing karaoke. I took this video when I got home because I still could not stop staring at my eyes. I plan to buy many more of Karla cosmetics multichrome powders and shadows as I feel they can make any look pop. I am obsessed.

GREAT LONG LASTING
I was sceptical about using a lip primer, as I wasn’t sure that I would notice a difference. This blew my mind! My lips feel much more hydrated when I use it, and my lipstick stays on for a lot longer. It’s a bit pricy but has lasted me a long while - I would recommend.

I like it
It feels very moisturising on the lips and has a nice sheer finish and leaves a nice bold colour. But it could last longer on the lips. Also it can smudge/come off, and is sticky, to be honest. However I use it with a darker lip liner and it makes my lips pop and makes them look fuller.

Must have
Absolutely amazing! If you want bigger lips but don’t want to go through the injections then I would definitely recommend this! I use it daily and wouldn’t ever use anything different!

Stays put
Easy to apply and stays on well. No noticable transference onto classes or cutlery. Partner likes that he doesn't end up wearing it to. Lovely lipstick and will definitely be looking into other shades

Great primer for dry, chapped lips Use before putting on lipstick
For my very dry lips I cannot use a lipstick without putting this on first. It als prolongs the time of the lipstick staying on.

MAC Prep & Prime Lip Primer
MAC Prep & Prime Lip Primer *Honest review* I purchased the MAC Prep & Prime Lip Primer from Douglas after seeing it on Tiktok. This product takes care of your lips and prepares them for lipstick or lip gloss. My lips feel wonderfully hydrated and supple. No more dry lips. Not even when I use matte lipstick. This often gives me dry lips but this primer really works great! Nothing bothers you anymore and the lipstick really stays in place better.

Warme tint
I got this lipstick with my other Clinique purchases and I'm super happy with it. A nice warm nude shade with a sheen. Lasts just a little longer than a lip gloss and doesn't stick as much. I'm happy with it. #SkincareIsTheBestCare.

Am I using this incorrectly?
Hi! A while ago, I got MAC's Prep + Prime Lip Primer. I was incredibly curious about this, because I really like MAC. The primer itself smells nice and applies easily to your lips. This is partly because it runs at an angle and therefore moves easily over your lips. Then I let it dry for a while before applying the lipstick. I do this because otherwise I feel like I get so greasy on the lipstick. After applying the lipstick, I went to eat and drink. I had hoped that my lipstick would remain a bit more visible on my lips, so it would be more colored. Unfortunately... a thin, almost colorless, layer remains. Maybe I'm using it incorrectly, but I'm disappointed and wouldn't buy it anytime soon because of this. X

I think you're just using it well. My experience with lip primers is that it helps to stay in place longer during the day and only drink something but not eat 🤷♀️ that's why I'm going to go for lipsticks that last 12/16/24h
Top color
Clinique Pop Lip Colour and Primer 🤩🤩🤩 Review This lipstick is one of the regular items in Clinique's range. I've also had it in the color Rebelpop for a while now. Clinique promises a rich color and nourishing primer in one product for nourished and hydrated lips. Rebelpop is a beautiful deep berry shade. Love these kinds of colors for autumn and winter. The lipstick includes apricot kernel oil and shea butter, which nourishes and hydrates. The lipstick glides smoothly over the lips and immediately gives off a lot of color. The lips also feel smooth. I think that's also the primer effect. Furthermore, you should not expect too much from that primer effect because it is absolutely not the case that the color does not fade, while Clinique promises that the color does not fade. The lipstick stained a bit, but you should update the color after eating and drinking for that nice opaque effect. The lipstick is similar to a satin lipstick in terms of color/pigment, feel on the lips. No longlasting lipstick or anything. It's a nice lipstick and I love the color. But it does fade and I also think that primer effect is minimal. #clinique #lipstick #berrytint #makeup

A must have for your lips!
I've been using it for a year and a half now. It is very user-friendly and spreads beautifully. I always use it before applying lip pencil and lipstick. My lips don't dry out, no annoying skin and last but not least: your lipstick just stays in place better. So happy with it!

Cava
I recently received it free of charge when ordering from the douglas. It is a very soft lip balm that also smells good. It's soft but personally, I don't feel like it hydrates or nourishes my lips very much. If you buy it with the mac, it also costs an additional 23 euros, I don't think it's worth it.

I was very curious about this product when I bought it. After application, lips tingle. I saw little result. Lips don't stick because of the product, but that was nice. Unfortunately, it did not give the desired result. Maybe too high expectations 🥲

Best lip primer for dry lips
I have this one in the normal version. My lips have no clear alignment of their own. I use it as hydration for my slightly dry lips, then I use lip pencil in soar. The mac lip pencils are somewhat harsh when i don't use prep and prime. So that's why I use it with the primer and that's how the lip pencil glides over my dry lips. I especially recommend it to people with slightly dry lips, otherwise product outside of that just has a lip balm effect. I've been using it myself for a few years because of my dry lips.

Gives nice results
Super handy packaging to put in your handbag. Gives full coverage so you can apply the color to your lips that you want afterwards and it looks so beautiful. If you use it daily, it will go smoothly. I use it often and love it.

This one goes everywhere!
Another one of my favs is this lipstick. The color is really beautiful and you can build up. A bit dabbing and you have light pink, but if you want more intense, you can put several layers over each other. Lasts for a super long time and you won't get dry lips!

Very good lip primer
Good lip primer, tingling slightly but not annoying. Keep my lipstick in place, even shiny lipsticks stay in place and don't even give off thanks to this lip primer 4 star reason: does not give a plumping effect but I definitely recommend this

GOOD STUFF !!!!!!
Okay, I'm 52, I have dry lips and like to wear a matte nude lipstick like pillow talk. To prevent dry lips, apply a layer of lip balm under the lipstick. As a result, the lipstick does not hold or cover so nicely. Until I saw rave comments here on Eve about the Mac lip primer. Coincidentally, there was one with a nice pink shell on sale. My experience with this primer: * it makes your lips nice and soft smooth but absolutely non-greasy. * apply your lipstick evenly, without visible grooves or wrinkles * lipstick lasts longer. * no dry lips with skin more!!!! NEED I SAY MORE????

Review prep+prime lip MAC
Big fan! The product is sold as a colorless lipstick base that adds light moisture, softens and refines. And it certainly does. Before using this, I never used a lip primer but it ensures that your lipstick stays up for a long time. You will probably have to update it again but not as often as without a lip primer. The product does not stick and also works well as a normal lip balm, but I find it just a little too expensive for that. There is enough product in it, so you can use it for a long time.
