Factor 30 beschermt voor 97% en factor 50 voor 98%. Belangrijker dan een hogere factor, is dik genoeg en vaak genoeg te smeren!
Gebruik | Smeren bij zonblootstelling
Het grootste probleem bij zonbescherming is eigenlijk dat mensen te zuinig smeren. Je moet twee milligram per vierkante centimeter huid smeren om de aangegeven factor van het product te halen. Dit komt neer op een halve theelepel voor het gezicht en een eetlepel per arm, been of rug.
Hoewel je met factor 30 goed beschermd bent, blijft het belangrijk om de huid om de twee of drie uur opnieuw in te smeren. En extra als je kind in het water of in het zand speelt. Hanteer daarnaast ook deze ‘smeerregels’:
• Gebruik een factor 30 of hoger
• Smeer een half uur voordat je in de zon gaat
• Vergeet de volgende plekjes niet: op en achter de oren, voeten en het randje onder de zwembroek of het badpak
• Zoek tussen 12.00 en 15.00 uur de schaduw op
• Bedek de hoofdhuid met een hoedje of een pet

Fine sunburn
I use it every morning. It doesn't make my skin too greasy and doesn't leave a white haze behind. I'm really happy about this.

If you're not sure buy the small one that is between 2 and 3 euros, 15 ml and you can test really well. I am really a fan of using it as a day cream alternating with my other sunscreen (the vision, which comes next) Because daily spf or sunburn is important all year round, especially for your health and your skin. And it pulls in very quickly and is suitable for kids and adults, and perfect travel size (I always buy shapes or variants that are easy to carry) And it works soothing and nourishing. And my skin is glowing. Which isn't even my goal because I don't wear a make up (rather sleep longer than make up, but love people's eye shadow art) And it works great, especially if you have sensitive skin or freckles! Review drs. Leenarts Sunburn 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Oh sunny days... What a great spring weather have right now. I can really enjoy that. The cleaner air gives the sun's rays extra power 😎. A good SPF is must! I'm using the sunscreen from Drs. Leendoctor with SPF 30. A sunscreen without perfume, alcohol and other irritants. Perfect for sensitive skin. There are responsible sunscreens against UVA and UVB and no nanoparticles or oxybenzone. Vitamin E and sunflower oil are added to the sunburn, both fine skin care ingredients. The sunburn absorbs quickly, leaves no greasy layer and no white haze either. On my face I notice a nice glowy effect. The sunscreen is vegan, cruelty free and friendly priced. For 100ml you pay €12.95. I'm really excited about this and don't want another sunscreen anymore! Really a top product! This Dutch soil SPF deserves a nomination for the #CBA2020 #bestespfproduct @cosmopolitan!
