REVIEW: Nature Box Avocado Shampoo ⭐️

Sinds een tijdje ben ik bezig met de Curly Girl methode, waarbij o.a. siliconen, sulfaten, minerale oliën, wax en uitdrogende alcoholen vermeden moeten worden in je haar routine. Deze shampoo voldoet aan de eisen voor deze methode, dat is dus zeker een pluspunt. 

MAAR... Ik merk dat dit product mijn hoofdhuid irriteert en dat ik jeuk krijg van deze shampoo. De shampoo bevat Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (nee dit is geen sulfaat), deze stof kan voor uitdroging en irritatie zorgen. Dit ingredient staat als tweede op de ingrediënten lijst, hierdoor is het mogelijk dat dit echt te heftig is voor mijn hoofdhuid. 
Daarnaast zit er Cocomidopropyl Betaine in deze shampoo, een ingrediënt waar meerdere mensen allergisch voor zijn en eczeem door krijgen. Dit is het derde ingredient op de ingrediëntenlijst. Helaas voor mij dus echt geen geschikte shampoo. 

Erg jammer, want er zitten ook veel eigenschappen aan dit product die je haar wel degelijk goed doen. koudgeperste avocado-olie, wat waardevolle vitamines en antioxidanten bevat en een vegan formule trokken mij aan om dit product te kopen.

For a while now, I have been working on the Curly Girl method, avoiding silicones, sulfates, mineral oils, wax and drying alcohols in your hair routine. This shampoo meets the requirements for this method, which is certainly a plus. 

BUT... I notice this product irritates my scalp and that I get itchy from this shampoo. The shampoo contains Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (no this is not sulfate), this substance can cause dehydration and irritation. This ingredient is second on the ingredients list, which makes it possible that this is really too heavy for my scalp. 
In addition, there is Cocomidopropyl Betaine in this shampoo, an ingredient that many people are allergic to and eczema. This is the third ingredient on the ingredient list. Unfortunately for me really not a suitable shampoo. 

It's a shame because there are also many properties on this product that do your hair well. Cold-pressed avocado oil, which contains valuable vitamins and antioxidants and a vegan formula attracted me to buy this product.
