Sleep better

I've been using these magnesium flakes for years. I use it as a footbath (2 large or 3 small hands in nice warm water and then my feet 30 minutes in it), preferably just before I go to bed because I notice that it relaxes me and that I usually sleep better. Magnesium is absorbed better through the skin and you will not get any intestinal problems. Highly recommended!

Good formation of bones and muscles with magnesium

If only I knew this sooner!!! I read the other day that you absorb magnesium much better through your skin than tablets. In a magnesium bath is so good for you. Your body absorbs magnesium through the skin, which causes the formation of bones and muscles. Also, magnesium is important for nerve stimuli transmission and proper functioning of muscles.

Gek werd ik ervan! Onrustige benen tijdens mijn zwangerschap. Van die trekjes, nog net geen stuip maar wel tegenaan. Het gevoel dat je denkt ik ga maar een marathon rennen dan hebben ze een reden om zo aan te mogen voelen. Tekort aan Magnesium. Maar hoe op te lossen? Nou super simpel dus!!!! Schepje magnesium in lauw warm badje oplossen en badderen maar. Het resultaat: het werkte al na 1x!!! Nu standaard in huis. Allang al niet meer zwanger maar die rusteloosheid voel ik tijdens menstruatie periode soms nog steeds
