This lipstick with great sale at hudsons bay scored! Very fine lipstick that's matte but not dry to the touch and definitely stays in place all day!

However, I can give you the tip if it needs to be updated, remove it all first and then bring it up again. Otherwise, it can quickly become lumpy and not look good.
