Hydrating and pleasant
It has a very cooling effect thanks to the metal neck. Sometimes difficult to dose the right amount. Very easy to apply without using fingers. Hydrates very well and gives a pleasant feeling on the skin. Definitely recommended for dry skin around the eyes.
