Review Refreshing Natural Dry Shampoo from SMPL. This product is cruelty free and vegan. I am very satisfied with this product, especially when I look at the amount of different dry shampoos I've already tried and which one I use now. I use/to date a DIY loose powder dry shampoo with doterra oil in it, I have it in a glass jar and apply with a brush. I don't like a spray can dry shampoo because I want to be able to apply it more precisely and don't want to have it directly on my scalp. I want to start with the scent, because it's really delicious. I think it's a very special scent that reminds me of something but I can't get on what. I like that the scent is fresh and not too much. Many dry shampoos have very crazy scented fragrances that cause headaches to cough and/or sneeze from which I have to cough and/or sneeze and get the pressing feeling of catching me a cold. So the fragrance is a real plus. What I also love is that my hair doesn't get “hard”, you don't feel like your hair was attacked with a kilo of cheap hair spray. My hair stays supple, soft and keeps a more natural shine. I always think it's a waste of dry shampoos that your hair gets matted and thus automatically looks less shiny, my DIY does not have that too. I don't need a lot to keep my hair clean and tidy again. I personally don't find the packaging very handy (it's a kind of baby powder potty idea), for the way I like to use it. As I said, I like it best with a brush, because I don't want to have it directly on my scalp because it clogs my skin a bit irritating and giving me enormous tickling. But I'm creative and with a simple solution I was able to use this product well; instead of powdering it on top of my head, I shake a little on my sink (obvs not in the sink near the well or wet areas) and then I pick it up with my brush and then apply it to the picking where I want it. The first few times I tried to shake the powder out, it almost seemed like some moisture had come in because I had to shake/tap a lot before enough came out and there were lots of grains in it. So I shake well first when it's still closed so it all gets a little bit mixed again, this works better. So I'm up, I like this more than the DIY and all the others I've used so far. I have to say that I have a very oily scalp and am really curious about how it will work in the hot months, when I really suffer from hair getting fat fast. Tip: put in your dry shampoo before bedtime. We know our hair and know how many days we can handle our clean hair until it needs a boost, not to wash or simply because you want a little more volume. If you apply it until your hair is already oily you need a lot more, the powder can no longer absorb the oils/fat well and looks less natural. I don't rub it in either, because I get too much on my scalp and while you sleep it will be fine. The morning after application I brush my hair quickly and not too violently so that the latter is divided and i'm good to go. I only really use when I have to, on the 3rd or 4th day after washing dry shampoo, I believe you shouldn't redo it because, for example, you don't leave your makeup on it and then apply a new layer on it the next day because your skin needs to be able to keep breathing and because this is otherwise it can become the party spot from bacteria. I use it specifically for a day, then I just have to wash and refresh it again. X Vonne

Looking for a dry shampoo without unnecessary ingredients (which are bad for the environment and your skin) I came across it from SMPL. I have used it a few times now and am very satisfied! It's actually a kind of scatter with a kind of talcous powder that you can sprinkle on your hair. This makes your hair less fat and limp. In addition, the shampoo smells nice fresh: a bit of cocoa vanilla-like. Because I don't use the dry shampoo often (maybe a few times a month if I don't want to wash my hair:P) it will last with me and therefore I find the price acceptable. Really recommended!

I got this free of charge for testing. I like it a very nice product because I don't have much time to do everything in the morning and sun dry shampoo is perfect.

Hi Evies! Three weeks ago I received a nice package from and ! I was allowed to review my first product: the Refreshing Dry Shampoo from SMPL Skincare. The SMPL Skincare brand creates 100% natural products. They say: “Fair transparent products that provide optimal skin care, put durability first and are easy to use. The products are unisex, vegan and animal friendly. ' I think the brand has incredibly beautiful and clean packaging & fine products without fuss - that appeals to me! My review: I would buy this product again, it works well and SMPL is a nice brand! Minuses (-) - Price/quality ratio: The dry shampoo costs EUR 17 for 35 grams. I like this on the pricey side, but I have to say right away that I really like the quality of the product and that you don't need much. I don't know if I would buy it myself at this price because I wash my hair quite often, but if you want to postpone the washing, this is a very nice product! - Usage: I don't find the product unwise convenient to use. It is in a small vial, which is convenient to store. However, because the vial is made of hard material, you can't really squeeze it. As a result, I had a lot of trouble getting the powder out of the vial, both squeezing and shaking doesn't work very well. Pros (+) - Result: The powder works extremely well against oily (like) hair. You apply a little bit of the product to your hair and scalp, then comb through and your hair doesn't look greasy. Therefore, you can easily postpone hair washing for 1 or 2 days. Sleep with a bit of product is definitely recommended! - Smell: The product has a very tasty smell, not so strong that you can smell it constantly (as with other dry shampoos sometimes), but very pleasant when you apply the product! - “Leave out the unnecessary”: I strongly support SMPL's mission, namely to offer products that work and make the cosmetics industry more conscious, sustainable and transparent. “We keep it simple, honest and to the point”. That's why I would like to test more SMPL products!
