I have been taking these for 6 weeks now, as well as using a shampoo containing castor oil my hair has stopped falling out, has grown in length and is also so much fuller, have so much more volume. The trick is to stay patient, they do not work overnight. A definite buy for healthier looking hair.

A must have for healthier hair
