Skin-like finish
Finding the right foundation and concealer is a task and a half for brown and black skin tones - usually the orange pigment over washes the undertones and doesn’t resemble actual skin tones - it was a surprise for me to buy this online and getting a shade match like this. The only thing I didn’t like was the over powering smell of the old formula - which could cause a purge for some.

Glory dewy look without greasiness
Everybody knows how big of a YSL fan I am but lately I found myself buying different brands for my make up. When I saw this new foundation that claimed to do exactly what I needed aka dewy look, I knew I had to try It. It was a big comparison against my Mac foundation on one side (the classic) and the Maybelline on the other side (affordable yet surprisingly good). Here are my thoughts: - love the colour, absolutely spot on with my base - coverage is great but not cakey which is a bonus against other brands - it takes a little while to understand how to blend it properly. I found that the warmth of my fingertips + beauty blender combination works best - it does tend to fit a bit in the little wrinkles under the eye area, so make sure you always apply setting powder afterwards. Overall, it's one of my favourite foundations, perfect for winter and for when skin doesn't look best. I wouldn't recommend it in the summer, better to opt for a bb cream

Not my favourite
Bought it some time ago and keeps staying on the shelf. Bit too watery and does not blend in well
