Earlier I used peppermint essential oil for many years for headaches, migraines and colds. The other day I saw this passing on We are Eves and my peppermint oil was running out so I decided to give this a try. It's a lot cheaper and works just as well! A few droplets on your forehead to relieve headaches/migraines or a little under your nose to make sure it's not so clogged with colds. Works really super!
