Vegan, good for the environment and for me

Started with fish oil, but after much research on the internet, switched to Algae oil. This is due to the likelihood of contamination in fish oil. I'm excited about Omega 3, with this oil the omega 3 comes directly from the source, the algae. So good for the environment. High EPA and DHA, so good for me too!
