Salicylic Acid 02%

I was kindly gifted by WeAreEves & Minimalist for testing & review with the Face Serum Salicylic Acid 02%. Serum composed of salicylic acid (oligopeptide 10 + egog + horeound extract), free from fragrance, silicones, sulfates and essential oils , dermatologically tested. Suitable for acne prone skin to reduce olness, clear pores, exfoliate the skin, remove dead cells and consequently renew the facial skin. My thoughts: I've never actually used products with salicylic acid because I generally have dry skin, with no tendency to be oily or acne prone skin, with the exception of my chin which is a slightly oily area and which always has some pimples and acne. I always thought that it wouldn't be a very interesting product for my skin type, even though I know that salicylic acid can be used and beneficial for any skin type, but I had never used it until I received this serum from Minimalist and I was surprised by this serum that from the first day of use already made a slight difference in my skin leaving it bright and beautiful. I found it very interesting because the effect of this serum is quite quick with a few hours after use it. Serum with a lightweight texture, blends very well on the skin, absorbs quickly, odorless, 2 or 3 drops in the morning and at night as recommended are really enough. The result is clean skin (yes, this serum cleaned my skin), with a smooth, illuminated surface, with glow and a beautiful appearance. In my chin area, the blackheads and pimples dried quickly, including some internal pimples and the oil is much less and consequently reduces the appearance of more external/internal pimples and small blackheads. Today marks 3 weeks of using this serum and it is definitely something I intend to continue using as the benefits are great and visible. It is very important to use SPF when using salicylic acid. This was a very important opportunity for me because it introduced me to a product that is bringing me a lot of benefits and I am certainly loving this new feature. I have really oily skin and some times my moisturizer makes it worse. Since I started using the Minimalist Salicylic Acid, my skin feels less oily and more glowy. My pores seem to have reduced and I am loving the overall effect from this. Glad I tried this.
